ALL-WNBA FIRST TEAM 2020: Wilson, Parker, Stewart, Vandersloot, Ogunbowale
MVP A’ja Wilson (Las Vegas Aces) and Defensive Player of the Year Candace Parker (Los Angeles Sparks) were the leading vote-getters for this year’s All-WNBA First Team that also includes Breanna Stewart (Seattle Storm), Courtney Vandersloot (Chicago Sky) and Arike Ogunbowale (Dallas Wings).

Julie Allemand of the Indiana Fever was the 33rd pick in the 2016 WNBA Draft. Four years later, her spectacular play in the Bradenton, Florida, bubble has been rewarded with a spot on the 2020 All-Rookie Team. Crystal Dangerfield, Rookie of the Year from the Minnesota Lynx, joins Allemand, along with Chennedy Carter (Atlanta Dream), Satou Sabally (Dallas Wings) and Jazmine Jones (New York Liberty).

Atlanta Dream forward Betnijah Laney put up career-highs across the board, earning the 2020 WNBA Most Improved Player award in her fifth season in the league. The Rutgers product will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
