Chloe Lamb is averaging 16.4 points and is a 40 percent 3-point shooter while point guard Liv Korngable is scoring 15.9 points and dishing out a team-high 3.5 assists per contest.

Forward Myah Selland leads the Jackrabbits in points (18.8), rebounds (7.2), and assists (3.7) per game. Paiton Burckhard and Tylee Irwin are also scoring in double figures with 11.8 and 11.7 points, respectively.

In the first meeting, South Dakota State was able to manage a season-high 23 bench points led by Sydney Stapleton scoring a season-high 11 points. South Dakota shot 2-of-20 from beyond the arc.

What to watch: The South Dakota State defense smothered South Dakota in the first meeting, holding it to 28 percent from the floor. South Dakota was the preseason favorite to win the conference after winning the regular season title and conference tournament last season, so expect the Coyotes to make this a tough game for the Jackrabbits.
