The No. 23 South Dakota State Jackrabbits face the South Dakota Coyotes on Saturday at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN3. The Jackrabbits overpowered the Coyotes 64-45 on Friday. The Summit League has adopted a back-to-back scheduling system for this season to reduce travel as a way to minimize COVID-19 exposure.

Senior center Hannah Sjerven is a key player for South Dakota. Sjerven leads the team in points, rebounds, and blocks averaging 16.6 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks. Chloe Lamb is averaging 16.4 points and is a 40 percent 3-point shooter while point guard Liv Korngable is scoring 15.9 points and dishing out a team-high 3.5 assists per contest.

Forward Myah Selland leads the Jackrabbits in points (18.8), rebounds (7.2), and assists (3.7) per game. Paiton Burckhard and Tylee Irwin are also scoring in double figures with 11.8 and 11.7 points, respectively.

In the first meeting, South Dakota State was able to manage a season-high 23 bench points led by Sydney Stapleton scoring a season-high 11 points. South Dakota shot 2-of-20 from beyond the arc.

Here’s what to expect from the matchup and how to watch:
