Ex-LAPD officer sought in the killing of Cal State Fullerton assistant, Monica Quan

1

In a bizarre twist, Cal State Fullerton assistant Monica Quan was targeted by former LAPD officer, Christopher Dorner. Quan was singled out by the ex-officer for what seems to be retaliation against her father, Randal Quan -- now a retired captain from the LAPD. In a chilling manifesto, Dorner stated that he would be looking for family members -- he described them as "high-value targets" -- of ex-officers of who he deemed to be corrupt. Quan's father was stated numerous times in the manifesto, and it seems that Quan and her recently engaged boyfriend, Keith Lawrence were predetermined targets in the double-homicide.
