Originally from the Central Coast of California – Paso Robles relocating to Tucson, Arizona. Tommy Lynn is Miss Arizona USA 2017 as well as the first state titleholder from Southern Arizona in 21 years. Tommy Lynn’s outgoing personality & country heart drives her generous spirit. Tommy Lynn maintains a strong relationship to her community by volunteering with various local charities & outreach programs benefiting youth & children in need. With an unorthodox upbringing, Tommy Lynn has overcome adversity from being an abused & forgotten child, to later being adopted into a loving family, her own version of the popular movie "The Blindside", highlighting Michael Oher’s troubling childhood. She accredits her success and happiness to the support of her peers, creating an enormous network of extended family. She continues motivational speaking for youth at risk in Tucson, Arizona by advocating, "You don’t have to be a product of your environment, regardless of your circumstances." -TLC Facts- After enduring life altering child abuse, Tommy Lynn was adopted as a teenager and is now a motivational speaker for youth at risk, advocating for others to not be a product of their environment, regardless of their circumstances. Tommy Lynn’s favorite form of exercise is boxing. It keeps her heart rate high and her upper body strong. And that strength helps with the occasional random football tackle she takes on national television. Tommy Lynn’s first language is American Sign Language (ASL). Prior to learning English Tommy learned ASL in order to communicate with her deaf biological mother.
