Lauren is an Athlete, Fitness Model and Reporter, passionate about working out and staying healthy. Having grown up competing in sports at an elite level, Lauren credits much of who she is and what she has accomplished to an active lifestyle. As a new transplant to Chicago, Lauren hopes to inspire and teach others especially young women, the importance of fitness and health – she believes health is not a luxury for all people, and those who have it must work to maintain it.
