I'm a senior at the University of Georgia studying public relations and Spanish. Growing up in a little city outside of Boston, Mass., where everyone's taught to hate the NY Yankees before you can walk, it's nearly impossible to hate sports. Throughout high school and some college, I assisted in covering varsity sports in my hometown. Now, getting back into the swing of things, I'm beyond happy to jump into the sports scene again. Bulldogs take a bite out of the Rebels
UGA Lady Dawgs defeat the Ole Miss Rebels 70-56. It seemed as if the white flag had been put up by the Rebels, yet they did perform better in the final quarter.

After Andy Landers announced his retirement, assistant coach Joni Taylor was promoted to head coach. With her as the new leader, the future looks bright for the Lady Bulldogs.
