Alexis is a senior at the University of Florida studying broadcast journalism and a lover of all things sports, entertainment and celebrities. Did I mention I love sports? Naturally growing up with two brothers, I was predominately surrounded by hockey sticks, footballs, aggressive behavior, and ESPN on the television 24/7. I have a true competitive nature and strive to be and do the best at everything that is thrown my way. When I am not writing for Swish Appeal, I am anchoring WUFT-TV Sports, writing recaps and reporting live radio updates for ESPN Gainesville 95.3 and anchoring WUFT-TV's Entertainment segment: 'First at Five'. The goal is take my passion for sports and pursue a career that will land me court side, on the sideline, or on the rim of the ice.
