Multiple transactions made by Seattle in free agency

Noelle Quinn will be returning to the Emerald City and the Storm have signed Aleksandra Crvendakic to a training camp contract.

The front office in Seattle has been active today as the WNBA free agency period continues. Early the Storm announced Ramu Tokashiki would sit out the upcoming season.

The news didn’t stop there as it was announced Noelle Quinn has re-signed with the franchise.

“I am honored to return to the Storm organization,” said Quinn. “The fan base in Seattle is one of the best in the league and I am looking forward to getting back in the gym with my teammates and competing this season.

Quinn will be entering her 12th season in the WNBA. On her career, she has averages of 5.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per contest.

“Noelle brings a veteran leadership presence to our team that is invaluable,” said Storm President & GM Alisha Valavanis. “Her experience in the WNBA, leadership on the court and basketball IQ will continue to be a resource for our team.”

Seattle also announced the signing of Aleksandra Crvendakic to a training camp roster Crvendakic is a 6-2 Serbian-Hungarian forward who helped the Serbian National Team win Bronze in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. She is a teammate of Crystal Langhorne as the two combine for 38% of the scoring for their EuroLeague team, the Sopron Basket.
