VSU’s Shonnice Vaughn arrested on multiple charges

Virginia State University women’s basketball player, Shonnice Vaughn, was arrested Monday night. She will appear in court before a judge on Wednesday.

Trouble is glooming over Virginia State University after news broke indicating a senior women’s basketball guard/forward Shonnice Vaughn, was arrested on Monday night, as reported by the WTKR.

The 25-year-old from Milwaukee, WI has been charged with concealed weapon carry. According to the report by the WTKR and online court records, she also did not have a drivers license and was speeding going 68 mph in 55 mph zone, therefore being adding another two charges.

Vaugh will be summoned to Isle of Wight County General District Court at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

VSU Athletics has not commented on the matter.
