Rosemont, IL — The Seattle Storm not only showed up in Chicago, but they also crushed seemingly all hopes of the Sky making the playoffs. Led by Brianna Stewart's near double-double ( 19pts and 9 rebounds), Seattle destroyed Chicago, 103-66. The Storm is on a 4-game winning streak since the firing of Jenny Boucek — they are now 14-16 and have risen to the seventh spot.
Seattle led by as much as 47 points and outscored Chicago 52-24 in points in the paint. The Seattle Storm continues their winning streak and hopes to add one more after Wednesday night's game against Atlanta.
The Sky look to bounce back Friday against the Connecticut Sun.
