Achilles strain sidelines Indiana’s January

Indiana will once again play without its star guard, Briann January.

Chris Poss - Swish Appeal

For the second straight game, the Indiana Fever will be without its starting point guard, Briann January while she tends to an injury.

January suffered a left Achilles tendon strain on June 7 against Phoenix. Until further notice, January is listed as day to day.

In Indiana’s first game without January (June 9) the Fever survived to beat Seattle 83-80; will they once again tally a win without its leader tonight as they travel to DC to play Washington?
