Earlier this month, Jimmy Dykes abruptly quit at Arkansas, three seasons before his contract was done.

Reports state, that the Razorbacks will hire Mike Neighbors from the University of Washington.

Since April of 2013, Neighbors has created a very successful winning streak with the Huskies taking Washington to the Final Four last season -- the university's first -- and this season made it to the Sweet 16 before being eliminated by Mississippi State, ending the year at 29-6.

In his tenure, he has accumulated an overall record of 69-35 and one of the nation’s top teams. Neighbors also mentored the NCAA’s All-Time leading scorer in Kelsey Plum.

The hire is a huge pick up for Arkansas which has the potential to immediately change the program.
