The WNBA draft is in a couple days away. The Dallas Wings will not only be looking for new players to join the team, however, a search will begin for a new CEO and President as well.
It was reported that Dallas’ President and CEO Mary O’Connor has resigned from her position. O'Conner only held the position for less than a year after being hired last July when the Wings relocated to Dallas (previously the Tulsa Shock).
No reason was given for the resignation, however, Greg Bibb, the general manager of the team, will handle the responsibilities of President and CEO for the time being.
