Wichita State hires UTEP’s Keitha Adams to same position

Multiple reports have stated Keitha Adams was interviewed by Wichita State recently to fill the vacancy of Linda Hargrove. Sources have confirmed to Swish Appeal that Adams will become the next head coach of the Shockers. Adams’ hiring was first reported by Paul Suellentrop of The Wichita Eagle.

Adams has served as the head coach at UTEP since April of 2001. After carrying the Niners to the finals in 2014 of the WNIT, Adams received a six-year contract extension.
