Reports: Virginia hires Dr. Carla Williams as new AD

University of Virginia is poised to announce University of Georgia Deputy AD Dr. Carla Williams, as their new AD, per multiple reports.

According to multiple reports, the University of Virginia is set to hire Georgia Deputy AD Dr. Carla Williams, as their new Athletics Director. Williams played basketball at the University of Georgia, and will be the only African American women AD in the Power 5 conferences.
