With recent news breaking on the San Antonio Stars not only being sold, yet relocating as well to Las Vegas, more news has come out regarding the new coach. According to the Associated Press, Bill Laimbeer will be named the head coach of the team, as well as the General Manager.
Doug Feinberg stated this on Twitter:
AP Sources: Bill Laimbeer to be next coach/gm of the @SAStars when they move to Las Vegas.

If Laimbeer does indeed become the new coach and GM of Las Vegas’ team (San Antonio), his coaching position at New York will become open.
