After the Atlanta Dream's 82-64 loss versus the Connecticut Sun, the Dream announced that Tiffany Hayes and Aneika Henry will be unavailable the next five games. Both players will be participating in the 2015 European Games.

The WNBA Atlanta Dream announced following today’s game against the Connecticut Sun that guard Tiffany Hayes and forward/center Aneika Henry will miss the next five games to compete at the 2015 European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan. The duo, who will compete in a 3-on-3 basketball competition for the host country after gaining Azerbaijani citizenship, will be temporarily suspended for the duration of their absence.
The European Games is an international multi-sport event for athletes representing the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of Europe. The inaugural European Games began June 12 and run through June 28, with the 3-on-3 tournament taking place from June 23-26. More than 6,000 athletes from 50 NOCs are competing in 20 sports at the Games, with qualifying spots for next summer’s Olympics in Rio de Janeiro determined in some events.
Hayes and Henry will miss home games against Indiana (June 16), Chicago (June 19), New York (June 21) and Washington (June 26), as well as a road contest June 24 at Chicago. They will return to action when the Dream hosts Seattle on July 5
Hayes is averaging 12.2 points and Henry is averaging 3.4 points.
