North Texas forward Eboniey Jeter's death ruled a suicide

Earlier this week, North Texas forward Eboniey Jeter was found unresponsive in her dorm room. After being examined by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office, her death has been ruled a suicide.

North Texas forward Eboniey Jeter, earlier this week, was found dead in her dorm room. Her death caught many off-guard, as it didn't seem like the 21-year old had any physical or austere ailments -- and seemed perfectly healthy.

But according to a report by the Denton Record-Chronicle, Jeter apparently committed suicide. Here is some of the report:

The death of North Texas basketball player Eboniey Jeter has been ruled a suicide by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office.

The report issued Friday morning by Nizam Peerwani said that Jeter hung herself.

The former Killeen Harker Heights standout was found dead in her Mozart Square Hall dorm room Tuesday on the UNT campus.

The Mean Green forward averaged 5.9 points per game last year.
