Isiah Thomas to meet with WNBA, will deny culpability in 2007 sexual harassment case

Yesterday, the New York Liberty announced that NBA Hall of Famer, Isiah Thomas, will be the team's new president. Today, Thomas while on ESPN's Mike & Mike, stated that he will deny culpability in 2007 sexual harassment case, when he meets with the WNBA board.

Isiah Thomas was named the new President of the New York Liberty yesterday, as well as part owner of the team. Thomas is scheduled to meet with the WNBA Board of Governors, who in turn, are expected to vote on whether his ownership stake will be approved.

This morning, Thomas spoke with ESPN Radio's Mike & Mike regarding the approval, and how he plans to address the 2007 sexual harassment case, while he was with the New York Knicks. Here's some of what Thomas said this morning:

"I was not liable or personally held for anything, so the jury found no findings. And again, I've worked at the NCAA, I've worked at NBA TV, Turner [Broadcasting System] -- so anyone who's vetted this has looked at it, and has come out and found, as the jury found there were no findings in terms of Isiah Thomas."
