Dayton loses Kelley Austria to torn ACL; out for rest of the season

Dayton has just received some terrible news, as one of their best players, Kelly Austria has a torn ACL and will miss the remainder of the season, per multiple reports.

Here is some of the report from the Dayton Daily News:

The Flyers played without senior Kelley Austria. She suffered a torn ACL in her left knee in the previous game against Toledo, UD confirmed Sunday. She will have surgery in the early part of the new year and miss the rest of the season.

Austria, a Carroll High School grad, tore the ACL in her other knee as a sophomore.

Austria was the second leading scorer on the team at 10.4 points
