WNBA, NBA condemns Gilbert Arenas' misogynistic, sexist video

Update at 4:58 p.m:

League Spokesman Mike Bass has issued a statement on behalf of the WNBA and the NBA regarding Arenas' comments:

"Gilbert Arenas's comments are repugnant, utterly disrespectful and flat-out wrong. WNBA players are strong, talented and determined individuals who give it their all on the court and serve as inspiring role models to millions around the world. They should be celebrated for their accomplishments, not disparaged with ignorant insults."

If there was EVER a moment where Gilbert Arenas could surprise us with being more ignorant, immature and childish, this is by far it. Now mind you, Arenas, has always been known as a selfish irritant, who seems to be very disconnected with reality -- hence the gun incident with Jarvaris Crittenton.

But today, the retired self-absorbed basketball player, who most recently played with the Washington Wizards and Orlando Magic, posted one of the most sexist, Cro-Magnon posts on his Instagram, here's the ignorant video:

Arenas has never been known for his intelligence or good judgement, and clearly that hasn't changed in the slightest.
