The USA Basketball women's national team will hold its first exhibition game in the public Thursday, with an intrasquad scrimmage.
Where and when is the game? It's at the Bob Carpenter Center at Newark. Delaware.
Is it on TV? Yes. ESPN2 will have the game.
How will the training camp roster be set up? The team has been broken up into Team Red and Team White:

Will there be cuts made between now and the end of the WNBA Finals when seven more players will report to camp? Possibly, and in my opinion, that's likely.
Who will be cut first? If a player plays only spot minutes in this game and hasn't shown it in practice, she's likely the first to be cut for the players in the Finals. Second, even though there's a lot of younger players on this team, they're more likely to be cut first because they were brought here to be guinea pigs for future consideration. So, they'd basically be the equivalent of a "Team USA Select" roster.
But if I had to guess which players were brought here to be "select team players" moreso than to be on the team itself, they'd be Dolson, Lavender, Robinson, Sims, Hartley, January, and Stewart. Perhaps I'll be wrong like I almost always am with predictions, but it's unlikely that more than two of these players will make the final team and that's a stretch to me.
What's the most important objective for each team here? On Team Red, the players who fit best with Moore are more than likely going to make it past first cuts. For Team White, the players who fit best around Bird, Augustus, and Charles are more likely to see the same.
Who wins? With Maya Moore and Lindsay Whalen on Team Red, I'm going with this group as the favorite.
