Standout rookie Odyssey Sims led the Tulsa Shock with 22 points, including 3-for-6 3-point shooting, in a big 79-62 win over the San Antonio Stars at the BOK Center last night.
As reported by Mike Brown of the Tulsa World, the win not only brought the Shock within a game of the fourth-place Stars for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference but also marked the highest win total for the franchise since relocating to Tulsa from Detroit. Speaking of Detroit, Glory Johnson's 17th double-double of the season tied Cheryl Ford's single-season franchise record. Skylar Diggins continued her historic season for the franchise as well as she will finish the season as a franchise-leader in points, assists, and now free throw attempts.
Diggins will tie the most free throws with her next make, breaking the most points of a season for Tulsa & most free throws made

Sims left the game injured by Brown reports that Shock coach Fred Williams did not think it was a serious injury as of last night.
Tulsa photographer Troy Littledeer (@TroyLittledeer) has once again shared a large gallery of photos from the game, which was the final home game of the Shock's season as they try to clinch their first playoff berth since relocation on the road in their final three games.
