WNBA Tuesday Open Thread: Five games starting at 7 p.m. ET

A lot of games to talk about here.

Here are the games on the docket. Everyone except the Seattle Storm and San Antonio Stars will play today.

1. New York Liberty (12-15) at Washington Mystics (13-15), 7 p.m. ET

This game is on NBA TV nationally, Comcast SportsNet and Monumental Network (online) in the D.C. area.

Big game for both teams here. The Mystics control their playoff destiny, sure, but in the blink of an eye, they can see themselves in last place if they get on another losing streak.

2. Chicago Sky (12-16) at Connecticut Sun (11-18), 7 p.m. ET

This is on the U Too in the Chicago area. The Sky goes for a third straight win here and will be banking on a New York loss to get back into fourth place in the Eastern Conference.

3. Minnesota Lynx (22-6) at Indiana Fever (13-5), 7 p.m. ET

This is on WNDY in the Indianapolis area. The Fever will try to snap the Lynx's nine-game winning streak.... I doubt it though.

4. Atlanta Dream (17-10) at Phoenix Mercury (23-4), 10 p.m. ET

The Dream has now clinched a playoff spot, but don't expect this team to just sit on its laurels over its last seven games.

This game could also be this year's WNBA Finals right here, so definitely worth watching in my opinion, even if the Dream's expected to lose.

5. Tulsa Shock (10-19) at Los Angeles Sparks (13-15), 10:30 p.m. ET

This is on TWC SportsNet in the L.A. area, and NBA TV nationally. The Shock tries to get back in the winning column to stay ahead of the Seattle Storm. Meanwhile, the Sparks are now third in the West, as in, sole possession of third place. Who would have thunk it a month ago?

However, I wouldn't call it an accomplishment in my opinion....

Enjoy the games tonight.
