WNBA Friday Open Thread: Four games to kick off Memorial Day Weekend

There have not been many WNBA games during the work week. However, it's the weekend and we have a quadruple header for you all tonight.

Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

Here are the games on the docket which are all on LiveAccess.

1.  Seattle Storm (0-2) at Connecticut Sun (0-3), 7 p.m. ET

One of these teams will enjoy its first win of the season. Both teams have lost their games by an average of over 10 points a game so far.

2. Washington Mystics (0-1) at Indiana Fever (0-2), 7 p.m. ET

The Mystics have their first road game of the season by heading to Indy, who they beat twice in the preseason. Indy' Natasha Howard

3. Minnesota Lynx (2-0) at Tulsa Shock (0-1), 8 p.m. ET

Chuck has a preview here.

The Lynx are undefeated so far and have come off of two wins against Eastern Conference teams, and pulled away to win both of those games late. At least on paper, the Lynx should win this one as well.

4. San Antonio Stars (1-1) at Phoenix Mercury (2-0), 10 p.m. ET

Jacob has a preview here.

The Mercury's season has started on the right foot so far and will have another opportunity to stay in the mix for the top seed in the West with this home match.

A song for tonight

Here's Beyoncé's "Pretty Hurts." The theme of this song reminds me of Katie Makkkai's poem which Shannon Cotterell introduced us to not too long ago.

Enjoy the games everyone!
