NCAA conference championship open thread: Big East, Summit, and WCC conclude today

Three more automatic bids will be awarded today, but at least two won't have much impact on the national landscape.

To be honest, today's slate of games isn't quite as "sexy" as some of the other recent days.

The four teams competing for a conference championship between the Big East and WCC are essentially locks to make the tournament as it is, meaning losing might only affect seeding or create some level of anxiety as they're forced to wait for Selection Monday - BYU might be the team that needs an automatic bid the most given their SOS of 142. The Summit League game (in progress) is the one that will ultimately make or break someone's season but Massey has South Dakota as a heavy favorite.
