Game of the Day: Southern Cal at #2 South Carolina
South Carolina is expected to have what could potentially be a record season. Under Head Coach Dawn Staley, the Gamecocks have made two Sweet 16 appearances in the last three seasons, but have the potential to do a lot more than that considering that all of their starter return.
Southern Cal head coach Cynthia Cooper-Dyke enters her second year at the helm for the Trojans after leading them to an NCAA berth this past season. The two teams met last season at the Galen Center when South Carolina coming out on top, 70-50, and with Staley coming out on top over a fellow Olympian and Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer. This time, can Cooper-Dyke get the Trojans to pull out the upset?
