In case you missed it, the Seattle Storm announced this past Thursday that their franchise guard Sue Bird had successful knee surgery to remove her left knee cyst. The procedure was done in Hartford, Connecticut at the Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. She will remain in Connecticut for rehab, and is expected to be in Seattle this summer to support her team.
