Video: Brittney Griner's record 50-point performance & senior night dunk

Highlights from Baylor Lady Bears senior Brittney Griner's 50-point performance, including a one-handed dunk, in a 90-68 win over the Kansas State Wildcats on Senior Night in Waco, TX.

Tonight I looked at the guide provided by my cable provider and as tempting as it was to watch the Baylor Lady Bears take on the Kansas State Wildcats I elected to go for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish hosting the Connecticut Huskies with the Big East regular season championship on the line.

Then this happened, as documented by Mark C. Moore of SB Nation's Baylor site Our Daily Bears.

I don't have much to say about Griner's record-setting performance tonight other than that it was, and is, amazing. On 21/28 shooting from the field and 8/10 on free throws, Griner scored a Big 12-record 50 points, setting a new personal high (obviously) and becoming only the second player in the country, man or woman, to score that many points in a college basketball game this season. Incredible.

So, um, anybody think this kid might have a future as a professional basketball player?
