Here are the games:
Time (ET) | Teams | Region | TV |
12:00 PM | #12 Kansas at #1 Notre Dame | Norfolk | ESPN |
2:30 PM | #6 Nebraska at #2 Duke | Norfolk | ESPN 2 |
4:30 PM | #6 Oklahoma at #2 Tennessee | OKC | ESPN 2 |
7:00 PM | #5 Louisville at #1 Baylor | OKC | ESPN 2 |
So who's going to the Elite Eight of these eight teams? Will there be upsets like last night when Georgia beat Stanford?
After all, Kansas made it into the Sweet 16 despite the fact that many though that they may not make it past the first round. Then again, the Jayhawks are playing Skylar Diggins who plays with more fire than almost anyone in college basketball. After that we'll see Lindsey Moore and NU attempt to knock the last ACC team in the NCAA tournament down in Duke. Oklahoma will be playing the regional rounds not too far from its home turf and a virtual home court advantage could help them continue their run against Tennessee. And last but not least, Louisville fans will get to cheer their men's team in the Elite Eight as they face Duke's men's team at about 5:00 PM Eastern this afternoon, but right after that, they'll have to root hard for the women's team to overcome Griner, Sims, and Baylor's juggernaut team this year.
Either way today, questions will be answered on these teams as we head toward Regional Finals games tomorrow and Tuesday.
Happy Easter everyone!
