In a surprising move, Trisha Stafford-Odom has left Duke to become the new assistant coach at North Carolina. She will be replacing the spot that was left open by Charlotte Smith. With the reputation of being one of the nation's top recruiters, Odom is a huge hire for North Carolina. In her two years as recruiting coordinator at Duke, Duke had the No. 1 and No. 4 recruiting classes in the country. This is the second assistant coach that has left the Duke staff in the past 4 months. Samantha Williams left Duke to become the assistant at Louisville this past May.
