Tulsa committed 28 turnovers and shot 37.7 % from the field. The Shock battled back from a 31 point deficit to get within 14 with 41.2 seconds left in the third quarter, but couldn't continue their momentum into the final period. Tulsa was led by 18 points and 10 rebounds from rookie Liz Cambage, who put up a 18-point, 16-rebound performance in the Shock's Tuesday loss at Minnesota. Cambage shot just 30% from the field, but sank 12-of-14 from the line to earn the bulk of her scoring.
San Antonio was led with a 20-point game by Sophia Young. Becky Hammon and Jia Perkins weren't far behind in the point production with 18 and 17, respectively. The Silver Stars shot 55.2% on the night, including drilling 10-of-24 3-point attempts.
Changes of note: Tulsa's Amber Holt is out for 4-to-6 weeks with a broken left thumb. Holt contributed 11 points, eight rebounds and two steals in the loss. Andrea Riley will be in the lineup for the Shock after returning to the court on Tuesday in her first game since giving birth this spring. Former Shock player Scholanda Robinson will be making her first return to the BOK after an offseason trade with San Antonio for 2012 draft considerations (2nd and 3rd round picks).
