The Matthew Knight Arena floor has a really weird effect on cameras, both video and still - as SBN Seattle's Brian Floyd said after the men's team opened the arena about two weeks ago, it's disconcerting to say the least on TV and it has a weird sort of pixelating effect on cameras, at least on my pedestrian Canon. But anyway, Oregon women's basketball got off to a positive start in the Knight Arena era with an 81-72 win over Oregon State in today's Civil War rivalry game and there are more pictures of varying quality from before and during the game on Swish Appeal's Facebook page.
