Getting schooled with Shanna Crossley

Shanna Crossley, one of five players that started and ended the season with the Shock, averaged 9.7 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game in her third year in the WNBA. [season and career statistics]

What I've learned in 2010:

About myself -

That I can still play. I think the biggest question is just because I've been injured the past two years, it's been a big reopening season for me.

About my game -

More active, more off the dribble, more aggressive defensively.

About my teammates -

They're crazy. 180 degree change from the beginning of the season. It's been a true joy to be with them.

About the coaches -

I don't know. I've learned that everybody still needs to communicate. I've learned that there's still a lot of room for ...

About Tulsa -

There is 100 percent support and backing for us as a team.

My fondest memory -

Probably tonight. Or the first game back from staph infection, that was pretty cool too.

My toughest memory -

There wasn't just one moment. The losing - that's extremely difficult, never experienced that before.

My offseason plans -

Going over to Turkey to play.
