She is now the all-time leading scorer in WNBA history, and tonight the previous record holder gets her jersey retired.  On Sunday the Sparks honored Tina Thompson; tonight Lisa Leslie.  And we get to enjoy it on ESPN2.

I had the pleasure of talking to Tina today, who's getting you ready for tonight's games, and here are a few highlights.  The entire interview can be heard tomorrow on Dishin & Swishin: The World of Women's Hoops on after 1 pm ET.

So now that the record belongs to Tina, what does it mean to a person who had always been all about the team and championships?

This week Tina broke her record and Tangela Smith, another team-first player, will become the all-time record holder for games played.  Tina found a lot of similarities in the two of them.

TIna expressed frustration early, but the Sparks are still in the playoff hunt - despite not being the team she expected without Candace Parker and Betty Lennox.   Tina shared her thoughts on the team.
