The Tulsa Shock waived 2011 second round draft pick Amanda Thompson and latest acquisition Ashley Walker on Monday and signed veterans Kiesha Brown and Jennifer Lacy. Brown, an eight-year veteran out of the University of Georgia, appeared in 34 games last year for the Connecticut Sun, averaging 3.8 points-per-game in 11.6 minutes a night. Brown has also played for Los Angeles, Minnesota, New York, Houston and Washington. Lacy, a four-year veteran out of Pepperdine University, appeared in 32 games for Atlanta in 2009, averaging 3.0 points in 11.3 minutes a game.-- From a Tulsa Shock press release.
