According to a tweet from Hartford Courant writer John Altavilla, former Connecticut Sun head coach Mike Thibault has been in contact with the Washington Mystics in regards to their vacant general manager and/or head coach positions.
Thibault has talked to the #WNBA Washington Mystics about coach/GM job. Mystics would be nuts not to hire someone of his experience #wbb

Should he be hired to the Mystics' front office, this could inject some hope for some fans.
