Washington Mystics add guard A’dia Mathies, forward Jelena Milovanovic, and retain Tierra Ruffin-Pratt

Mathies played for the L.A. Sparks last year and was the 10th pick in last year's draft. Milovanovic has played for Dynamo Kursk in Europe and actually was the team's second round pick back in 2009, but has not decided to play in the WNBA until now. On top of all that, they have retained Tierra Ruffin-Pratt who played significant time off the bench last season as an undrafted rookie.
