From the release: Tamika Catchings of the Indiana Fever and Kristi Toliver of the Los Angeles Sparks were named the WNBA’s Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Month presented by Boost Mobile, respectively, for games played from Aug. 16 (when the league resumed play following its break for the 2012 Olympic Games) through the end of the month.

From a WNBA release: Tamika Catchings of the Indiana Fever and Maya Moore of the Minnesota Lynx were named the WNBA’s Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week presented by Boost Mobile, respectively, for games played Aug. 16 to Aug. 20.

From a WNBA release: "Other candidates for WNBA Players of the Week presented by Boost Mobile were Atlanta’s Angel McCoughtry, Chicago’s Sylvia Fowles, Connecticut’s Tina Charles, and Washington’s Crystal Langhorne in the East, as well as Minnesota’s Seimone Augustus, Phoenix’s Candice Dupree, San Antonio’s Shameka Christon, and Tulsa’s Ivory Latta in the West."

Not surprised that Kraayeveld went elsewhere, and this looks like another nice move for the Dream. Given that the reigning MVP was given the franchise tag, Tamika's re-signing was inevitable.
