Rutgers holds off Texas Tech

Chaos, disorder, and mayhem- their work is done. And I mean it as a compliment.

Hold that Tiger! No, no, not literally, folks, enough with the fouls.

The Top 100 Programs in NCAA Division I Women's Basketball: #11-25

Some wins really are better than other wins. Beating Connecticut in the NCAA Women's Basketball championship is a lot better than beating Bluebell Girls Academy in an exhibition game. But the question is then "which wins are better than which other wins?"

Time to Dance: Rutgers

I did not know I still held so many opinions on Rutgers.

NCAA Women's Bracket 2011 Predictions: Texas A&M Should Get A Fourth Shot At Baylor In Dallas

Despite Texas A&M's ability to compete with Baylor, the moment they were announced as the #2 seed in Dallas with Baylor #1 there was an outcry about placing the conference rivals in the same bracket. Things were looking dicey for a while with all of their injuries, but a big road win over Marquette set the season back on track. After almost blowing it to those ghastly USF ruffians, yesterday's win over #18 WVU just about seals the deal. There's no way that a Rutgers (a traditional WBB power, mind you) team with 10+ BE wins, a possible top-four BET bye, and top 20 RPI/top 10 SOS rankings is getting left out.

From Strong week for Rutgers sports - On the Banks. Just a few weeks ago, it was starting to look like Rutgers would have to sneak its way into the NCAA tournament. Now it's looking closer to a sure thing.
