Ed Bemiss of National Sports Rankings has put together projections for each team's chances of winning the 2013 NCAA women's tournament based on his current power rating for each team. Here's the link the projections:

Perhaps the teams with the best chances to knock off Baylor will come as no surprise (in order): Notre Dame, UConn, Kentucky, Stanford, Duke.

His simulator also came up with three double digit seeds who could come up with upsets: Green Bay, South Florida, Chattanooga, and Marist.

Though these predictions didn't account for home court advantage, they were relatively consistent with what we humans came up with earlier today.
