BYU's tournament chances diminish after loss to LMU

In Charlie Creme's latest bracketology, BYU was considered among the eight teams on the bubble who were left out. With tonight's loss to LMU, we can probably assume that bubble has burst. BYU's loss also put a damper on things for another team: USF. Having beaten Pepperdine tonight at home, USF needed a LMU loss to stay in the hunt for a sixth seed in the WCC tournament...where they'd possibly meet BYU, who they also beat. LMU and USF face off on Saturday in a game that will help decide the seeding in the lower tier of the conference.
