Temeka Johnson and Noelle Quinn sign with Seattle

The Seattle Storm have announced the free agent signings of Temeka Johnson and Noelle Quinn. Both bring added experience to the Storm. "Temeka has proven to be one of the best point guards in the WNBA," said Brian Agler. "She is a fierce competitor, a great leader and has excellent point guard skills at both the offensive and defensive ends of the floor. Temeka really gained our respect by how she has played against us over the years." "I am extremely excited to be joining such a quality organization," Johnson added. "Seattle has such talented players, an experienced and dedicated coaching staff and of course, some of the best fans in the WNBA." "Noelle is a very versatile perimeter player with size," said Agler, "and she is one of the most skilled in the WNBA. We have admired Noelle's ability over the years and believe she is a great fit for the Seattle Storm. We have tried multiple times to acquire Noelle in the past, so are delighted to finally see her as a part of the Storm's future." "I am ecstatic about the opportunity to play for Coach Agler and the Storm," Quinn added. "Seattle has a rich basketball history with legendary fans and a culture of excellence. I look forward to being a part of that."
