This is actually a pretty big pick up for the Mystics considering that I didn't think that she'd want to play here and instead maybe play for a contender, but then again she may get more PT here. Izi is a pretty versatile wing player. However, I don't know if her signing is because Lacey wants a playoff push or wants another veteran face who would be part of a mentorship group for the 2013 1st round pick assuming the Mystics get into "Prepare for the Future" mode. I assume it is the former which means bad news for Natalie Novosel....
