2012 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament: Round One, Day Two Schedule

2012_wbb_logo_medium

Yesterday saw the first 16 games of the tournament go primarily by way of the committee's seedings, save the No. 11 seed Gonzaga advancing over No. 6 Rutgers in the Kingston, R.I. Region. This game - a home contest for the hosting Bulldogs - proved to be the only upset on the first day of action. Today also marks the first time to see the Baylor Lady Bears, the prohibitive favorite, take the court. The first round of the 2012 NCAA women's basketball tournament concludes today with the remaining 16 games on tap.
