Shelden Williams is one unhappy pappy about final play of Lynx-Sparks

Shelden Williams, the husband of Sparks star Candace Parker, did what a lot of Sparks fans did after the final play of Game Two of the Western Conference finals - he went a little crazy. Unfortunately, Williams had a Twitter account and wasn't afraid to use it, going off on Sparks coach Carol Ross.

This Huffington Post article has a list of Williams's angry tweets:

@SheldenWilliams
How do you have a do or die situation and have the ball and the player who has it going doesn't even get a look to win the game??

@SheldenWilliams Doesn't make sense!!!! Any other superstar would have the ball in their hands on any other team!!! And this one doesn't even get a look???

@SheldenWilliams 33points 15 rebounds 4 blks and plays every sec of the game but can't get the ball when the game is on the line baffles me!!!

@SheldenWilliams This is the stupidest and most selfish act you can do!!!

@SheldenWilliams A player who has been carrying the team with the hot hand all game and can't determine the outcome of the game by giving her the ball??

@SheldenWilliams Another testimony of how common sense isn't so common!!! Ridiculous!!!

@SheldenWilliams To clarify I don't think Alana decided to make the play at the end I disagree with the play call! Y send ab right and away from Candace?

From this string of Twitter messages, I learned four things.

1. Shelden Williams has a Twitter account.

2. He loves to use exclamation points.

3. Clearly, he is an advocate for his wife.

4. Washington Mystics, you have found your new coach.

On the other hand, he hasn't learned something that every athlete should know - namely, when you get hot under the collar the first thing you should do is put your cell phone down and step away from any open computer terminals....
