Around SBN: Devils Beat Rangers, Head To Stanley Cup Finals

Phoenix Mercury forward DeWanna Bonner and Connecticut Sun center Tina Charles won Player of the Week honors for the Western and Eastern Conference, respectively.

Of note, this is Bonner's first POW award of her career and became the fourth Mercury player to earn the honor this season, making Phoenix the first team in WNBA history with four different Player of the Week winners in one season.

After winning the Sixth Woman of the Year in 2009 and 2010, this could strengthen her argument for a third straight award this season in some people's eyes.

To me, DeWanna Bonner is the reigning titleholder, just like the Klitschkos. She keeps the title until someone knocks her out or someone decides to actually start her.
