Ivory Latta Out For Remainder of Season
Not that this is 'new' news, as Teresa Edwards provided quotes last Friday about the status of her point guard, but it is the first 'official' news about the injury (or really any injury) that I've received. The release reads:
"Staring point guard Ivory Latta will miss the remaining three games of the regular season with a torn meniscus in her left knee that will require surgery."
She might stare, but Latta also starts - which will leave Andrea Riley, Sheryl Swoopes and Amber Holt to fill in at the point. Also mentioned in the release is that Betty Lennox is day-to-day after her concussion a few weeks ago.

But seriously...
1. Proofreading is good (and necessary if you get paid for what you are writing).
2. Latta has one of the most intense “eyes wide open” game faces in the WNBA. It’s pretty awesome.

3. This dude has some excellent photos: http://shanebevel.com/image-gallery/play
