My theory....
…Catchings isn’t showing up. If Catchings is healthy, you want to fill the house in anticipation of Indiana’s potentially sealing the conference championship. So you’d announce far and wide that Catch is here to seal the deal. No announcement = no Catch.
Counter-argument...
In a game that will be a chess match regardless, might it be to the Fever’s benefit to keep the Dream guessing so they are forced to game plan for either possibility and don’t know what to expect?
