Washington Huskies Guard Kristi Kingma To Miss 2011-12 Season With ACL Injury
With high expectations after hiring former Xavier coach Kevin McGuff to lead the Washington Huskies in Pac-12 play and Kristi Kingma taking a step forward in her junior season, her injury (linked above) is devastating news for her and the program.
She was both their leading scorer and their only remaining consistent three point shooter (40.9%), which leaves UW in a tough spot moving forward.
